Time goes so fast… September is over. Our ISEED program only has 8 months left. I just can’t believe the time goes so quickly.
September is not as busy as August. Our training session began. We took crisis management, our identity in Christ and how to tell Bible story. I never took this kind of training before. I just got so much information from all of these.
I really love the teaching of our identity of Christ. It helped me to build my foundation in Christ. God loves me. He chose me even before I was created. We are His sons and daughters. I was so touched by this. Just before the first class of our identity in Christ, the Sunday sermon topic in 4C was who you are. The pastor used an impressive example to show the value of people. He said our value was not determined by what things we had, or how successful we were, but was determined by God. God created each of us and had a purpose in our lives. He brought two 20 dollars, one was brand new 20 dollar, the other was old and had many wrinkles on it. He said no matter how successful you were, like the brand new 20 dollar, or how poor you were like the old 20 dollar. The value for both of you was 20 dollar. You are successful doesn’t mean you have 100 dollar value. Because the value of us was determined by God, and we are all equally valued and loved by God. When I heard this example, I was touched. I sometimes feel not confident and fearful. But I become more confident because I knew everyone has the same value in God’seye. Then, I went through our identity of Christ, the Bible said we have sonship and inheritance from God. It just touched me more and more. I shared the feelings and teaching with my parents. I want them to know the love of God, too.
I really appreciate all the teachings, I just grow more and more in God’s love. I hope I can share God’s love more and more with all my family and friends.
