For a long time, I didn’t know if it is God’s will for me to come to the iseed program. There is some people in my life don’t support me to come while there is some people think it is a good decision to come. I was not sure if this is really God’s plan for me. And I was also praying for a long time that God will give me guidance and direct me to the way that he wants me to go. Honestly, until I moved to Columbus, I was still not clear if this is God’s will for me.

As an iseeder, we need to find a job in our field of study in order to be legally stay in the States. After looking jobs for a long time, I didn’t hear anything back. Even when I came to Columbus, I was not sure if I can find a job. Struggling with the fear that I may end up leaving the program, I deeply know that I need to trust God no matter in what kinds of situation. If it is his will, he will provide. Sometimes, God just want me to have more patience with him. After praying for unlimited times, one week after I came to Columbus, I got invited to a job interview. And on the other day, the company gave me the offer! God answered my prayer! Even it took me such a long time to wait, it is all worthy! On the process waiting God’s answer, I learned to be more rely on him.

One day I was looking through the window from my room, I saw a cross standing on the top of a building. At that moment, I can’t help crying. My heart was full of joy and peace, I suddenly realized that  here I am now is where God wants me to be, even it took a while for me to figure out that.
