“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

 

My internship arrives at the last several months. Today when I go over the journal I kept 2 to many journals for every month, it gives me many different feelings. There are times I complained, was angry and annoyed when I spent time with God when reading his words. However, every time after negative thoughts if I continued asking help from Him, he always get some words from Bible that speak to my heart and my hard situation. The message he always told me is “I know the situation you are facing, that’s why I’m helping rather than just watching on the passenger side and comforting you by words.” He always brings the thing that is the best. This month, I get together with another girl in my small group because she needs help on relationships. She prayed a lot but still not feeling well enough, sometime even blamed other brothers and sisters in Christ. I was able to get together with her for dinner each week and help her understand blaming other people is not right. In the meantime, I asked my Christian fiends to pray for the healing from God. I’m sure God really works in her hearts, and finally bring her back to our normal friendships.

 

In the beginning of March, IFI had their annual trip to DC. I was surprised when I learned that this was their 23rd year of trip to Washington DC. We lived in host families and had a wonderful time with both them and students. Host family shared the stories of them coming to Christ and their living stories which encourage me to invite other people to my home and share my stories when I went back to my home country. I really appreciated their opening home and help students understanding more about experiencing God personally. God works in different ways that we even cannot predict. He answered my prayer to Graduate school with a dream first and offer at night of the same day. However, I totally understand not all answers come that quickly. I should have more patience waiting for my other graduate school decisions.

 

Of course, my prayer request for my last several months are:

*Jobs. I met some hard time on working on my both job’s projects

*Finish well for my internship overall

*Praying for my rest graduate school admission
