Andrew and Jeanette Feng Step into Strategic Leadership with IFI
Andrew and Jeanette Feng have joined International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) full-time to help shape scalable, student-centered systems that foster global impact. With a background in digital innovation, cross-cultural mentorship, and organizational leadership, they bring a strategic vision to serve international students and equip them to thrive across cultures.
Their work reflects IFI’s growing commitment to innovation and holistic care—not only during students’ time in the U.S., but well beyond graduation. The Fengs are helping to lead and develop initiatives that promote whole-person transformation and generational influence through:
Strategic Focus Areas
- Innovation – Launching a student-led think tank to reimagine how we cultivate thriving, purpose-driven leaders
- Digital – Designing platforms that foster connection, highlight stories of growth, and scale global collaboration
- Network – Supporting life beyond graduation through meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships
- Volunteers – Empowering students and local leaders to extend hospitality and model whole-life mentorship
Through these efforts, Andrew and Jeanette aim to build lasting ecosystems of support that connect students, volunteers, and partners for long-term flourishing—locally and globally.
