Andrew and Jeanette Feng Join IFI to Accelerate Global Impact
They look forward to empowering international students to thrive in the U.S. and become influential leaders in their home countries. With a passion for collaboration, mentorship, and innovation, the Fengs bring a deep commitment to discipling the next generation and building lasting impact across cultures.
Strategic Priorities:
- Volunteers – Equipping student and lay leaders nationwide to multiply ministry impact
- Digital – Strengthening connection, community, and collaboration through scalable online platforms
- Alumni – Supporting life beyond graduation through intentional alumni networks and global partnerships
- Innovation – Launching a student-led think tank to reimagine ministry for the next generation
Andrew and Jeanette served in East Asia for five years, where they adopted their son with special needs. They have a heart for the younger generation and continue to mentor students through IFI.
Jeanette worked in graphic design at BCBG and Forever 21, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Biblical Counseling while caring for their three children.
Before joining IFI, Andrew led research and strategic partnerships and founded the U.S. chapter of Indigitous.us, organizing global hackathons and cohorts to mobilize young adults for global impact. He previously worked at Yahoo and KPMG before transitioning into full-time ministry.
