“You do the loving, caring, and the sharing, Christ will do the rest!”…. These words have deeply influenced my approach to extend life-changing hospitality and friendship to international students out of reverence for Jesus.

Ministry Leader Role, Washington DC

My job is to engage local churches, volunteers, supporters, and prayer partners in befriending international students from all nations in the neighboring universities, practically understanding and supporting the students’ needs, and taking every opportunity to share the love of Jesus.

Key Factors that make this ministry and this role important:

  • There are about 1 million international students currently in the United States
  • These students are some of the best and brightest students from all over the world

  • Many of these students will go on to become leaders in their home countries

  • Students are often in a season of confirming or reevaluating what they believe

  • Local churches are ready to serve the nations and are looking for opportunities to do so

  • EXPONENTIALLY reaching more leaders, churches, students & nations with hospitality and friendship leads to more opportunities to share HOPE!

About Me

Holding a double masters in software engineering and business management along with a computer science engineering degree, I was thriving in my secular job as a technical program management executive, directing large complex projects both in government and commercial sectors. In the year 2022, I gave up my secular job and career for full time ministry serving the Lord. Stepping out from comfort and following God where I’m led is what I want to be about. It gives me joy to be a part of where God is moving and join Him in that work.

Born and raised in an orthodox Hindu family in India, I came to know the Lord Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my Savior in the year 2001 and was baptized the same year. Since then, my passion and life goal were ‘to Know Christ and to make Christ known’. As a servant-leader for over 20 years, I took opportunities to spread the love of God to others. I have been married to Salome for an amazing 18 years and we currently reside in the suburb of Washington DC, close to George Mason University. We are excited to be moving forward with faith and obedience to this call on our life.
