Volunteer Recipes

Jolie Gordon - My Candied Sweet Potatoes have always been a big hit.
Peel, cut into pieces, cover the potatoes completely with water, and boil the sweet potatoes until soft, but not too mushy. In a separate pan, make a mixure of melted butter and brown sugar so that it's a thick syrup. Drain the potatoes. pour over the syrup, and mix together. Enjoy!
